Eliana started the business because she had two skills that rarely come in the same person: the precision to run a complex logistics operation and the instinct of a professional organiser who understands that the way a home is set up shapes how life actually feels. 10 months later and I have finally "right-sized" into my newly built apartment. From my initial enquiry through to job completion, Eliana was exceptional. She was consistently responsive, proactive, and clear in her communication, which gave me confidence from the very beginning. Coordinating something like this remotely isn’t easy, but she handled every detail with professionalism and care.

As I had never sold a property before, I found the whole experience overwhelming - particularly the thought of packing up the contents.   Difficult at the best of times no doubt, but incredibly so when you're close to 80 years of age.

Eliana completely solved that problem for me - for which I am eternally grateful.   The packing was done with skill and speed and I truly believe that Eliana is the consummate professional in her chosen field.
