Not just organised. Properly set up. Eliana designs practical systems for your spaces that you’ll actually maintain — because they were built around how you live, not how a home is supposed to look.
Most homes get tidied. Fewer get organised. And there is a real difference between the two.
Tidying is moving things around until they look neat. Organising is building a system so that
each thing has a logical home, the space is easy to maintain, and you stop spending ten
minutes looking for the thing you use every day.
Eliana has spent years designing organising systems that work in real homes — not
magazine kitchens or empty wardrobes. She works with what you have, in the space you’ve
got, for the way you actually live.
Systems for food storage, bench clarity, drawer logic and the pantry that actually stays organised
after the
first shop.
Hanging, folding and drawer systems that make getting dressed easier and keep clothing in better
condition.

Filing, desk setup, cable management and a workflow structure that makes working from home feel
like work,
not chaos.

Systems that kids can actually use — and that parents can reset in under
five minutes.

Cupboards, linen presses and storage areas that are easy to find things in and put things back
properly.
A full assessment and systematic reorganisation of the entire home — for new properties, post-move
set-ups, or homes that have grown out of their current system.

Before we touch a drawer, Eliana talks through your spaces, your pain points and how your home actually functions day to day. This is what makes the system fit.
We walk through the relevant areas with fresh eyes. No judgement — just a clear look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what the space is actually capable of.
Working through the space together, Eliana organises everything with clear logic — categories, zones, access and routine all considered. You stay involved and in control at every step.
You get a walkthrough of how the system works and why it’s set up the way it is. The goal is that maintaining it becomes a natural habit, not a daily battle.

home organising, answered.
Do you offer a standalone home organising service, or is it only part of a move?
Both. Home organising can be booked as a standalone service – whether you’re preparing to sell, wanting to reset your space, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the accumulation of years. It doesn’t have to be connected to a move at all.
Do you offer a standalone decluttering service, or is it only part of a move?
Both. Decluttering can be booked as a standalone service – whether you’re preparing to sell, wanting to reset your space, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the accumulation of years. It doesn’t have to be connected to a move at all.
What does a home organising service actually involve?
We work through your home room by room, creating functional systems that make everyday life easier. This includes decluttering – helping you decide what to keep, what to let go and what to rehome – as well as organising and setting up your spaces so they work beautifully for how you actually live. Eliana guides the process with a practical, non-judgmental approach – the decisions are always yours, but having the right support makes them so much easier.
Does home organising always include decluttering?
Decluttering is often a natural part of the process, but it’s not always the starting point. Sometimes a space just needs better systems and smarter use of what’s already there. We assess each home individually and work out the approach that will make the biggest difference for you.
I'm not sure I'm ready to let things go. Can you still help?
Absolutely. There’s no pressure and no rushing. Our role is to support you through the process at a pace that feels right for you. Many clients find that having someone calm and experienced alongside them makes it far easier than they expected.
What happens to the items I decide not to keep?
We have extensive resources for donations, rubbish removal and rehoming. We can arrange for items to go to the right places – whether that’s a charity, a family member, a recycling facility or collection for removal. Nothing is simply thrown away without consideration.
Can you organise specific rooms or areas, rather than the whole home?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a kitchen that’s stopped working, a wardrobe that’s out of control, a garage that’s become a dumping ground, or a home office that needs a complete reset – we can focus on exactly where you need the most help.
How long does a session take?
Every home and situation is different. After an initial consultation we’ll give you a realistic estimate of the time involved. Some clients work through a space in a single session; others prefer to spread it across multiple visits. We work around what suits you.
Can I provide my own storage solutions and containers?
Yes, absolutely – though we’d love to discuss your choices beforehand. The most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing options are not always the most practical and functional for everyday use. Eliana is well-versed in distinguishing what works beautifully long-term, and her guidance here can save you time, money and frustration down the track.
Do I need to be home during the process?
Yes – particularly in the early stages. The decisions about what stays, what goes and how your systems are set up need to come from you, and Eliana’s guidance is most valuable when you’re working through it together. Once a clear direction has been established, there may be elements we can manage independently.
